Dr. S.K. Bose is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law MRU, he has 20 years of experience he teaches BA.LLB, BBA.LLB and even PhD and LLM students he has already guided more than 45 LLM candidates in their dissertation. He has worked with several other education institutions, in various capacities. He is not just a teacher, he is even an author of more than a dozen books and an editor, he has worked with several publications, newsletters and journals, not just national journals but in international journals also a number of publications are to his credit. He has conducted and participated in several national and international seminars, workshops and conferences on law and allied subjects.
Ms. Sakshi bahuguna is an assistant professor at manav rachna university, faculty of Law and even currently pursuing her PhD from the central of political studies, JNU. She has also been an ICSSR doctoral fellow and was also a part of a project names ‘’Dalit Analysis’’ a comparison of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, as Research Assistant sponsored by ICSSR under Prof. Narender Kumar, JNU. She has written various research papers and the most recent one was published in Employment News. Ms. Sanya yadav is an assistant professor at faculty of law, MRU. She holds specialization in International Trade Law. She holds LLM in International Trade Law from National University of Advanced Legal Studies Kochi, Kerala. She awarded as First Rank holder in LLM degree. The Nani. A. Palkiwala Memorial Trust Mumbai selected Sanya Yadav for the prestigious Nani. A Palkivala Endowment Gold Medal Award on her outstanding academic excellence in LLM. She is pursuing her Ph.D from National Law University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, her research area is Perspectives of International Investment Treaties in India. She has written various research papers on international and national conferences.
Dr. Versha Vahini
Dr. Versha Vahini has over 16 years of teaching and research experience and has worked with Indian Law Institute, New Delhi; NLSIU, Bangalore; NUJS Kolkata and NLIU, Bhopal and others. She has also presented and written sundry articles and research papers for various journals. Her areas of interest include corporate law and competition law. She has authored a book ‘Indian Competition Law’ which has been published by Lexis Nexis, and has co-authored a book on Right to Information Act. She is also the general editor of Ratanlal and Dhirajlal Indian Penal Code, student edition of the Lexis Nexis.
